Startup consulting for the go-to-market or operations problem in front of you.
A consulting subscription: 30 minutes every week on operations and strategy.
Early-stage capital and the right introductions.
One question at a time, about thirty seconds. We will still tell you honestly on the call.
What is the main thing you need right now?
Early-stage startups we invested in, advised, or both. Click a company for its story. We co-invest alongside a16z, Y Combinator, Tiger Global and Paradigm.
No long sales cycle. The first conversation is free, useful on its own, and usually tells both of us whether this is a fit.
We meet to talk through where the business is, what is getting in the way, and how we can help. You leave with a few strategies you can act on yourself, whether or not you hire us.
We map out how we would reach your goals, as a short-term engagement or a long-term partnership. You get a clear picture of pricing, services, and the outcomes we are working toward.
We get to work so you can focus on running and growing the business. Most clients meet with us about once a week, and the rest simply gets done.
The best way to show how we work is through the people who have partnered with us.
The RV team helped us refine our email campaigns, resulting in a huge increase in our restaurant revenue. They introduced our restaurant on platforms like Toast, UberEats, and DoorDash, greatly increasing our reach.

RV was fantastic in helping us with content creation, calendar management, and email marketing. We love working with them. If you need a marketing team, they are the ones to go with. I look forward to continuing our partnership.

Working with RV has made focusing on running and building my business easier. I trust them with all my marketing needs, meet once a week (if that), and it all gets done. And we're growing organically 2x! The team is really amazing.

Startup and small-business consulting focused on go-to-market strategy, marketing strategy, and business operations. Engagements are scoped to a specific problem, such as pricing, launch planning, post-sales operations, or a stalled growth channel, and we stay through execution.
The GTM & Operations Plan is a consulting subscription: a standing 30-minute strategy session every week with your operator, covering business operations and strategy planning, for $999 per month with a one-year commitment paid up front. It works like having a startup advisor on retainer.
Yes. Most subscribers are owners of small businesses, restaurants, and solo practices who want steady operations and strategy guidance without hiring a full-time executive. Startups use it as a fractional advisor between fundraising rounds.
Both. Marketing strategy, channel selection, pricing, and launch planning sit alongside operations work such as process, hiring plans, and post-sales. The weekly session covers whichever is the bottleneck that week.
Sometimes. Our investment arm backs early-stage startups and we have co-invested alongside a16z, Y Combinator, Tiger Global and Paradigm. Consulting clients are never required to take investment, and advisory work does not depend on it.
Yes. The introductory consultation costs nothing, and you leave with a few strategies you can act on yourself whether or not you hire us.
No. We are based in San Francisco and work with clients across the United States remotely. Weekly subscription sessions are held over video.
Tell us what you are building and where it is stuck. We read every message and try to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
